Changes in hormone levels of progesterone and estrogen causes menopause symptoms
Many women experience menopause symptoms, and they may begin experiencing some changes in their body and behavior. Hot flashes and night sweats are most common in menopausal women. These symptoms are caused by the rapid increase in body temperature causing a menopause woman to sweat a lot. The symptoms are rather disturbing especially during bed time as it disrupts sleep because of the discomfort. Some behavioral changes are also evident or known to menopause women such as mood swings and sudden change in attitude. The symptoms could also lead to depression. However menopause patients just need to be aware of themselves and the changes that are happening to them. Menopause is a natural body process for women, and there are lots of menopause treatments that can really help in preventing and relief of the symptoms like hot flashes and night sweats.
