Sleep is Vital for Over All Health

Sleep is very important to our health. During our sleep lots of vital body function starts to make progress like healing and tissue repair. And we all know by experience that if we lack sleep our body is always tired and heavy. We might not be able to work well, have some bad tempers, irritability and the most feared is sickness and disease.  And whatever the reason all of us needs sleep and if we find it difficult we all should look for remedy and treatment. The first thing that comes up in our mind is the use of sleep aids. It is a fact that sleep aids can really help us sleep, however it is always best to choose only natural sleep aid as it helps naturally produce melatonin in the body a hormone that regulates sleep.
