The Spit Of Blood May Be A Gum Infection Sign

You are probably brushing your teeth right now and when you rinse and spit, you see a little blood. You think to yourself that it is no big deal because it happens all the time and you feel that it is normal and not harmful. Well, better try to think again and get to the dentist immediately because that bit of blood you spit may be bigger that you can ever think of. It may be a sign of gingivitis, the initial stage of gum disease of gum infection. According to dental experts, it is gum disease and not dental caries of cavities which is the leading cause of tooth loss among adults.
